Essential Parent Greater Manchester Family Hub
This app draws from over 2000 evidence-based articles and videos on health, mental health, wellbeing and safeguarding.
It covers an age span including pregnancy, maternity, children, teenagers and young people.
Trafford Professionals Children and Young People (CYP) support guide has been developed to support young people and families in Trafford.
The guide will provide an overview of the local support and services available in your area.
Trafford Padlet Ages 5-11
Trafford have been developing a number of themed padlets to make it as easy as possible for parents to find the information and help they need in one user-friendly space.
