ICT

Most children now enter school with some knowledge of ICT and we build on this knowledge. In the first stages children are taught to use ICT equipment to handle information and to support their problem solving, recording and expressive work.

As children move through school there are further opportunities for them to extend the range of ICT tools they use for communication, investigation and control.  Children have the opportunity to use ICT and use laptops and Ipads to support their learning in all areas of the curriculum. All computers have Internet access with an approved filtering system for the safety of the children. All classrooms are fitted with Interactive Screens and these are used as valuable teaching aids.
